Weekly Games at Black Bear

If you’re new to the area and looking for some fun games to join, try one of our weekly matches.

On Tuesday afternoons we have a fun, no stress Men’s 9 hole scramble. Start times vary based on the time of season.  On November 8, the scramble starts at 3:00 pm. You must call in by 1:00 pm to join the game.

We play a 3 or 4 man scramble depending on the final number of players. The golf is $20 and the game is $20. There is a skins payout and closest to pin winners as well.

It offers a great way to meet others and have a little fun. Handicaps are not required but we will need to know what you normally score for 9 or 18 holes.

New 18 Hole Tuesday AM Game
Beginning in January, we will be playing an 18 hole game with tee times starting around 9 or 10 am. Formats will vary. USGA GHIN Handicaps are preferred, but not required to begin. If you don’t have a handicap, don’t worry, we can help you establish one with just a few scores. There will be weekly winners.

New 9 Hole Thursday PM Game
Beginning in January, we will be playing 9 hole matchplay with 2-man teams. Tee off by 3:00 pm. Sign up with your partner or we can try to find you one. We will have weekly and season long winners.

The season will run from January 5th to March 30th, 2023, with spring, summer and fall seasons a possibility.

USGA GHIN Handicaps preferred but not required to begin.  We can help you establish one with just a few scores.
